5ive Songs About Breathing

I recently quit smoking (lasted almost a week this time) and the experience got me thinking about breathing. So that's where this month's theme comes from. My mantra this month is "meditate, not medicate" if you can classify nicotine as medicine.

Not matter what is happening in your life, just breathe. Never was much of a Europop fan, but I just love this song.
